Cancer survivors: Join the AMPLIFY study to improve diet and exercise habits
Researchers know that regular exercise and a healthy diet improve outcomes for cancer survivors, but they are still studying which healthy lifestyle programs work best. The UAB O’Neal Comprehensive Cancer Center is offering our community an opportunity to join the AMPLIFY clinical trial, a study funded by the National Cancer Institute that is designed to advance research by helping cancer survivors get healthier.
AMPLIFY (AiM, PLan and act on LIFestYles) is a free, personalized, online diet and exercise program for cancer survivors who are committed to losing weight, improving fitness, and eating healthier over the next year. By spending just 15-20 minutes online per week, the AMPLIFY program can help you make measurable progress with a personalized, research-based lifestyle plan.
