Spindle cell sarcoma: rare but not to be ignored

JC Cunningham had ignored a softball sized tumor in his leg for months until a physician friend saw it and told him it might be serious during a hike. Luckily, Cunningham came to UAB Medicine to have his rare soft-tissue sarcoma diagnosed and removed before it spread.
